Mindful Foundational Yoga
This class is an ideal entry point for those new to yoga, or returning to your practice. You will be guided through foundational gentle poses allowing ample time to explore each posture and transition mindfully with focus on the Breath.

Bevalie (Bev) Pritchard has a passion for wellness, and guiding others to sustain a healthy lifestyle. She has been teaching for over 40 years, and is a professional ballet teacher certified through the American Ballet Theatre ABT National Training Curriculum, with a BA Degree in Ballet and Teaching Certificate. Bevalie teaches Mat Pilates, Reformer 1 Certified, and has achieved 200RYT hours in Yoga, She is a Certified instructor in Zena Rommett Floor-Barre Method™, and also a Level 3 Certified instructor in PBT® - Progressing Ballet Technique. Bevalie also offers group & private lessons in Yoga / Floor-Barre™/ Pilates / PBT® and Ballet for all levels. Her classes are beneficial for all ages, instilling mind/muscle awareness thru exercises in every class, that focus specifically on alignment, balance, core conditioning, flexibility and overall strength. Zena Rommett Floor-Barre Method™
Zena Rommett Method™ is based on anatomical principles of alignment helping to strengthen, lengthen, and center the body.
This method is doctor recommended for injury prevention and rehabilitation.
The contact of the body with the floor allows us to use the forces of gravity to help strengthen and lengthen the body while reinforcing the correct relationship for proper body alignment.

Coreflex Pilates There are benefits improving posture, muscle balance, and developing awareness of the spine, with concentrated work on the deep abdominals With the use of the Pilates Ball, there are added resistance exercises to encourage pelvic floor activation as well as tone the body. The spine then trains while in the correct postural position. The body begins to strengthen in mobility, with a key focus on the deep core muscles.

Progressing Ballet Technique®
This method helps specialize in enhancing flexibility, develop strong use of muscle memory, core stability and muscle control in a focused and concentrated way. A large stability ball and small pilates ball enhance the core strengthening. It reinforces better coordination, balance and the value of transfer of weight in daily life.

Mindful Foundational Yoga
This class focuses on the fundamental yoga poses that make up a well-rounded practice. Emphasis is placed on safe and effective alignment during poses and during transitions between poses. The participant will find a deeper understanding of these core poses (asanas) and the effects they can have on the body, the breath, emotions, thoughts and finding a sense of becoming more centered Poses and transitions can be modified for each participant in order to achieve strength, stability and improve flexibility.
